For the past 5+ years, the Pottery Barn Lorraine coffee table has been a staple in my home and I am in love with it. However, with the recent price increase of almost $300, I had to find an affordable alternative that would still meet my expectations. I stumbled upon the Johnelle coffee table. from Ashley, and it’s a good one!
The Ashley Johnelle coffee table boasts the same French Country style baluster legs that are characteristic of the Pottery Barn Lorraine coffee table. Additionally, the dupe also has the same finish, an oak-hewn color, that complements the design perfectly.
Being an owner of the Pottery Barn Lorraine coffee table, I can attest to its solid and well-made construction. This is also the case with the Ashley Johnelle coffee table. Its size is also ideal for those who are looking for ample storage space in their living room. The top and bottom shelves provide the perfect space to store home decor items, such as a large basket for throw blankets.
In terms of appearance, the Ashley Johnelle coffee table is an uncanny dupe for the Pottery Barn Lorraine coffee table. It is almost impossible to tell the difference between the two, and it’s highly unlikely that anyone would know that it was from Ashley (previously known as Ashley Furniture).
In conclusion, if you’re looking for a chic and functional coffee table for your living room, the Ashley Johnelle coffee table is a smart choice. It offers the same French Country style and oak-hewn finish as the Pottery Barn Lorraine coffee table, but at a more affordable price. With its solid construction, ample storage space, and close resemblance to the designer coffee table, you can’t go wrong with the Ashley Johnelle coffee table.
